The Mets have a 15.5 game lead in the division, 12 games better than any team in the NL, and they are a half game better than the second best team in MLB, the Detroit Tigers.

David Wright is back to being David. Which means the Mets are rollling along, all cylinders reved up.  Everyone else in the offense is smokin’ hot. Our pitchers keep tossing up goose eggs, and management continues to impress.
